The inspiration behind the name The name Sarek comes from Sweden, in the Lapland region, named after the national park of the same name. This park is renowned for its wild beauty and pristine nature. It perfectly reflects the spirit of this chalet: space, serenity, freedom, and a deep connection to nature. Villa Sarek pays tribute to this natural grandeur while offering luxury and modern comfort. An exceptional natural setting Surrounded by mature forest, Villa Sarek sits on a 60,000-square-foot lot, offering complete privacy. Behind the chalet, a beautiful small forest with private trails leads to a peaceful stream, accessible directly from the property — a perfect place to reconnect with nature. This preserved environment invites you to slow down, explore, and savor complete tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A true retreat where nature becomes your companion. This chalet is not intended for loud parties or gatherings exceeding the permitted capacity. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a peaceful ambiance both inside and out, while preserving the authenticity and serenity of the place. Everything here is designed to help you disconnect and reconnect with what truly matters. Main Features • Bright, open living space: The chalet’s southeast orientation floods the rooms with natural light, creating an energizing atmosphere thanks to its beautiful large windows. • Open and inviting kitchen: Fully equipped (SG-certified spices for celiac guests, fondue set, raclette grill, Ninja® DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System — single-serve, k-cup capsule, and 3L (12-cup) drip coffee maker, Ninja Slushi, Ninja CREAMI Deluxe), offering everything for a fun and shared cooking experience. The 8-foot central island (seating for 3) connects seamlessly to the 8-seat dining area, with a beautiful view of the living room featuring a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. • Air conditioning available in summer. • Dyson vacuum with accessories. • Two covered terraces. Comfortable Rest Areas Our four private bedrooms are designed to offer a restful, healthy, and comfortable stay. Each room features a queen bed with orthopedic mattress for a restorative night’s sleep. All mattresses and pillows are protected with dust mite-proof, bed bug-proof, and waterproof covers for impeccable hygiene. The cotton duvets are filled with hypoallergenic gel, as soft as natural down but allergy-free. USB outlets are available in each bedroom. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor with a bathroom (shower), and two others are located on the garden level with a bathroom (tub-shower combo). A portable crib with bassinet and changing table is also available, perfect for traveling light with family. Mezzanine – Relaxation & Remote Work A carefully designed elevated space offers a cozy relaxation or work area, ideal for remote work. You’ll find a desk, a Mac Mini M4 computer, a 34-inch monitor, and high-speed internet access. Garden Level – Entertainment & Leisure The fully finished, naturally lit basement is perfect for gatherings in any season. It includes: • A second living room for relaxation. • A Condo Évolution pool table for true enthusiasts. • A foosball table for fun moments. • A carefully designed spa area. • Bluetooth speakers on both the main floor and basement. • A smart TV with cable and Netflix access. Outdoor Spaces • Two covered terraces with a propane BBQ, perfect for outdoor meals. • A private covered spa (for 6 people), surrounded by nature. • An outdoor hammock near the spa on the second covered terrace for total relaxation. • A private yard with a fire pit (firewood included) and pétanque court, ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. • Level 2 EV charging station (40 Amp). • A pétanque court with a bar area.
Guest Access
Our guests have access to the entire chalet and all its amenities. You can also enjoy the shared spaces, including the outdoor terrace with fireplace, the heated saltwater pool (summer season only, no lifeguard on duty), the spa, and the sauna.

Quartz countertop (no hot surfaces). Coffee maker compatible with K-cup coffee capsules. Firewood provided for the outdoor fire pit. The resort is still expanding; some construction noise may be present in the surrounding area. In the event of a non-compliant party, this will result in immediate cancellation and eviction of the occupants, without any refund.
